At safetysignsindia.com, we strive to provide our Users with the best possible printing experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason.
There is no option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs (custom logo printing), however, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same.
100% Refund or reprint on any defective print orders for The products which are damaged or short quantity received during the receipt are only eligible
Information of the damaged product needs to be communicated to our customer care within 7 days of receipt of material. If communication will not have done within the given time frame, then “NO REFUND” will be allowed
For calming the refund, material should be sent back to our head office. which is located at Chennai along with the proof of unboxing video and damaged
Product images to be emailed to indiasafetysigns@gmail.com for further investigation within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase except for COD(Cash On Delivery).
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
For COD payment, customer care shall contact on refund request.
During the investigation if we found that material is not damaged and false claims has been made then “NO REFUND” will be allowed.

safetysignsindia is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
1. Errors in user-selected options such as size, quantity, paper and finish
2.Duplicate orders submitted by the User
3. Incorrect files uploaded
4. Incorrect file orientation
5. Damage to products after delivery to User
6. Incorrect or undeliverable shipping address

1. Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors
2. Low resolution or low quality graphics and images
3. Damaged fonts
4. Transparency issues
5. Overprint issues
6. Artwork files that are not created following our specifications
7. Variances in color from the conversion of Pantone or RGB colors to CMYK
8. Errors in user-selected options such as size, quantity, paper and finish
9. Duplicate orders submitted by the User
10. Incorrect files uploaded
11. Incorrect file orientation
12. Cracking on folds
13. Cutting variances
14. Damage to products after delivery to User
15. Incorrect or undeliverable shipping address
16. User is responsible for reviewing their files and correcting any issues prior to placing the order.
